TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Quotation
1.1. A deposit of 50% of the quoted amount is required to confirm acceptance of the quotation and to initiate the job.
1.2. Payment of the Deposit signifies the client’s agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. The remaining balance of 50% of the quoted amount must be paid within seven (7) calendar days of job completion.
2.2. Completion is defined as the date on which the work is completed and the client has signed off on the work order (WO).
2.3. Late payments will incur interest at a rate of 5% per month, commencing on the 8th day after completion.
2.4 Payments are to be made via PAYNOW to UEN 200309763G to Asiatact (s) Pte Ltd.
2.5 On request, alternative methods of payment can be arranged on the discretion of Asiatact (s) Pte Ltd.
3. Job Completion and Handover
3.1. Upon completion of the job, the client will sign off on a Work Completion Order signifying completion of the job. We will then issue an invoice.
3.2. Any issues or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of job completion.
4. Warranty
4.1. Completed jobs are covered under a five (5) year warranty, effective from the date of completion.
4.2. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.
4.3. The warranty is subject to the following conditions:
a. The client must promptly report defects in writing, with supporting evidence such as photos or videos.
b. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or general wear and tear.
c. The warranty is void if repairs or modifications are undertaken by parties other than the company.
4.4. The company reserves the right to inspect and assess reported issues before determining the appropriate course of action.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1. Due to the purchase of materials and manpower labour once quotation has been accepted, the Deposit is non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The company and its contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the job or the client’s use of the completed works.
7. General Provisions
7.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and the company regarding the services described in the quotation.
7.2. Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
7.3. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
By making the initial payment of 50%, the client acknowledges their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
